A tragic incident took place in Euboea where a man fatally shot the person who purchased his house before taking his own life. This occurred on Tuesday afternoon, August 4th, in the Mytikas area.
Reports indicate that the assailant was a 75-year-old man who used a firearm to kill a 50-year-old man, after which he took his own life.
The property had been lost in a bank auction, and the victim had acquired it through the appropriate legal channels.
