Five foreign nationals were apprehended after stealing a bag containing €16,600 from a residence they were hired to clean in Papagos.
As reported by ELAS, the suspects, aged 29, 34, 34, 35, 45, and 60, were tracked down by the DIA police and brought to the Papagos-Holargos Department for the Prosecution and Detection of Crimes, where they were identified as the culprits of the theft.
A search of the truck used by the suspects revealed the stolen money, which had been carefully concealed. The funds were returned to their rightful owner. The arrested individuals were subsequently transferred to the appropriate public prosecutor.
