The people of Iran understand that the war is not against them, says the son of the Shah

The son of the last Shah of Persia, Reza Pahlavi, has once again expressed his views amid the recent tensions between Iran and Israel. During a press conference, Pahlavi remarked, “the Iranian people understand that this conflict is not aimed at them, but rather at the regime.” He added that the latest developments “are actually aiding the people by dismantling the regime’s tools of oppression.”

Pahlavi further stated that Ali Khamenei and his corrupt faction “have brought the Iranian economy to the brink of collapse, looted our national assets, wasted resources on nuclear weapon development, compromised Iran’s security, and robbed the Iranian people of their sovereignty.”

Commenting on the West’s policy of appeasement toward the Islamic Republic, Prince Pahlavi remarked: “Iranians are ready for this change. Does the free world choose to stand with those seeking freedom or against them?”
