A joint statement regarding the fourth round of the Civil Dialogue between Greece and Turkey was issued today by the foreign ministries of both nations in Ankara.
The meeting featured Greece’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Alexandra Papadopoulou, alongside her Turkish counterpart, Mehmet Kemal Bozai. They discussed various aspects of bilateral relations, preparations for the upcoming 6th High-Level Cooperation Council, and recent regional and international developments.
The joint statement states:
“On June 12, 2025, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkey, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozai, and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Greece, Ambassador Alexandra Papadopoulou, convened for the 4th meeting of the Political Dialogue in Ankara.”
The two deputy ministers addressed a range of topics concerning Turkey-Greece relations and reviewed progress since their last meeting, with an eye toward the forthcoming 6th High-Level Cooperation Council planned for Turkey.
They also explored recent advancements in regional and international matters.
