A hungry elephant from Khao Yai National Park in Thailand created quite a stir at a local convenience store when it strolled in and began munching on the produce from the shelves.
The elephant, known to locals as Plai Biang Lek, is famous for visiting nearby homes in search of a meal.
He wandered about a kilometer from the park entrance to reach the shop.
According to shopkeepers, Biang consumed nine bags of sweet rice crackers, a sandwich, and several bananas before being shooed away by onlookers.
