Throughout the first four months of the year, the airport saw a total of 8.52 million passengers, reflecting a 10.6% increase overall. Both domestic and international passenger traffic grew by 4.1% and 13.3%, respectively.
Flight Increases of 8.5%
During the first four months of 2025, Athens International Airport recorded 73,151 flights, marking an 8.5% rise from 2024. Domestic flights saw a modest 1.3% increase, whereas international flights experienced a significant boost of 13.2% compared to the same period last year.
