The American point guard, who captivated fans during his breakout season with Paris Basketball, will sport the green jersey for the next three years.
The official announcement came swiftly after the EuroLeague Final Four in Abu Dhabi. What elevates this deal for Panathinaikos is the absence of an NBA out clause in Shorts’ contract for the first year, guaranteeing he’ll lead the team in Athens for the 2025-26 season.
