A devoted Olympiacos fan traveled all the way from Texas to Piraeus to obtain the club’s exclusive Golden Membership Card—and is now on his way to Abu Dhabi to support the team at the EuroLeague Final Four.
Giannis Lyras, a lifelong Olympiacos supporter based in Texas, flew across the ocean to officially become a Gold Member of the club. At the iconic “G. Karaiskakis Stadium,” he picked up not only his own Golden Card but also those for his father and brother.
Upon receiving what he called the “golden package,” the passionate Red and White supporter took his next flight to Abu Dhabi, eager to witness Olympiacos compete for European honors.
Clearly touched by the experience, Giannis shared his feelings with the club’s official website, expressing his immense pride and passion:
“It’s an incredible honor to become a Gold Member of Olympiacos. Receiving this package at our sacred venue means so much more to my family and me than just a collectible. Olympiacos is a way of life. Now, I proudly head to Abu Dhabi to support our team—by the Legend.”
