All 33 PAOK fans arrested on March 2 in Agios Konstantinos for incidents involving AEK fans were found not guilty due to reasonable doubt, according to the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Lamia. There is an additional case involving a minor.
As reported by lamiareport.gr, after two lengthy court sessions—one concluding just before 5 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025—no definitive evidence was presented to determine if the arrested individuals were responsible for any harm to opposing fans.
Every accused maintained their innocence during their testimonies, with AEK fans from the previous session also stating they could not identify any of the defendants, a claim supported by the store owner’s testimony.
However, a police officer did testify that 15 individuals were identified as participants in the incidents via video footage, while another 11 were present at the scene but could not be confirmed for their involvement in the attack.
Additionally, he did not recognize AEK fans who retaliated by throwing objects. Following the acquittal, the restrictions barring the individuals from attending PAOK matches and requiring them to report to the local police station one hour before and one hour after any sporting event have been lifted.
