LAMDA Flisvos Marina, a part of LAMDA Development group, has proudly announced its acquisition of the prestigious “Recognised by EFQM – 6 Star” certification.
This accolade was granted by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), through the Institute for Sustainability & Sustainable Development (INBIAN), the official national representative of EFQM in Greece and Cyprus.
With this achievement, Flisvos Marina stands as the only marina in Europe, and the first Greek company, to receive the highest honor from EFQM, underscoring its steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable business practices. Previously, LAMDA Flisvos Marina held the EFQM 5 Star certification, and this recent upgrade highlights its ongoing pursuit of excellence at all operational levels.
This new recognition solidifies the company’s role as a key player in the marina and marine tourism sectors, both in Greece and internationally, rewarding its strategic investments in technology, infrastructure improvements, environmental stewardship, and the continual enhancement of its services.
Stavros Katsikadis, CEO of LAMDA Flisvos Marina and Managing Director of LAMDA Marinas, remarked: “Business excellence knows no boundaries. It is a mindset and approach that involves everyone in the organization—employees, leadership, and partners alike. Achieving the EFQM – 6 Star certification is a testament to our culture of continuous improvement and dedication to sustainable development.
We are committed to enhancing our services, strengthening our community presence, and adopting innovations in technology and corporate social responsibility.”
