The NATO Defence Ministers’ Meeting took place on Thursday with Nikos Dendias in attendance. The discussions focused on preparations for the upcoming NATO Summit scheduled for June 24-25, enhancing the defence industry and promoting innovation amid increased defence spending, as well as topics such as Deterrence and Defence, Anti-Ballistic Defence, Hybrid Threats, and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
During the NATO Summit, the Defence Minister held a meeting with his Italian counterpart, Guido Croseto.
Nikos Dendias shared on social media that their conversation revolved around bilateral defence cooperation and the advancement of discussions regarding the acquisition of FREMM frigates.
