The “Greens” held a training session at the Etihad Arena, but encountered some unexpected hiccups before and after. Initially, the team bus driver mistakenly dropped them off at Al Jazira’s football stadium instead of their intended destination.
Confused and walking in the intense heat for several minutes, the Panathinaikos squad eventually got the driver’s attention and were picked up to head to the basketball venue.
Following practice, where Mathias Lessort participated, another blunder occurred—the driver took them to the airport instead of their hotel. After some coordination, the team finally made it back to the hotel to unwind.
