A scandal has erupted in Cyprus after videos and photos emerged showing police officers engaged in sexual activity inside a patrol vehicle.
While images of two individuals in an intimate setting might not typically draw attention, the setting of a Cypriot police patrol car has ignited considerable controversy.
The footage was captured by a civilian who, while in a secluded area in Larnaca, noticed a police patrol car. Upon closer look, he realized that the male and female officers inside were not addressing a crime; rather, their presence during working hours in an official vehicle seemed to serve a very different purpose.
The evidence has been submitted to the leadership of the Cyprus Police, which is anticipated to issue a formal statement later today.
