The latest GPO poll featured on Star’s main news bulletin shows an increase of 0.6 percentage points in New Democracy’s voting intention compared to last month.
Course of Freedom holds its position in second place with 12.6%, experiencing slight losses, followed closely by PASOK at 12.4%. It’s important to note that the polling company did not provide a vote projection table, leaving no public estimate of voting outcomes.
Hellenic Solution is at 9.8%, the Communist Party (KKE) follows with 7.9%, SYRIZA has 5.8%, the Democracy Movement stands at 2.5%, Voice of Reason at 2.2%, NIKI at 2%, MeRA25 at 1.8%, and the New Left at 1.3%.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis is viewed as the most suitable candidate for prime minister, with 29.3% support, while “no one” is chosen by 25.3% of respondents. Nikos Androulakis slightly leads with 9.3%, just ahead of Zoe Konstantopoulou at 9.2%.

Nikos Dendias tops the list of popular ministers, followed by Kyriakos Pierrakakis, Olga Kefalogianni, Kostis Hatzidakis, Pavlos Marinakis, Takis Theodorikakos, Domna Michailidou, Michalis Chrisochoidis, Sofia Zacharaki, and Vasilis Kikilias, with Kostas Tsiaras in the final position.
Effectiveness of the Opposition
Course of Freedom is perceived as the most effective opposition party, receiving 17.7% support, followed by PASOK at 15.3%, Hellenic Solution at 13.5%, KKE at 7.7%, SYRIZA at 5.3%, Voice of Reason at 2.5%, and the Democracy Movement at 2.1%, among others.
Public Opinion on Key Issues
Respondents express strong opinions on critical issues: 55.3% support abolishing civil service tenure. Concurrently, 61.1% view the government’s foreign policy negatively, and 59.4% disapprove of the measures to reduce migrant flows, while 86.9% perceive an increase in crime.
Furthermore, 62.1% rate the government’s measures to address the cost of living negatively, and 48.8% believe tackling inflation should be the government’s highest priority.
