The retirement of Lieutenant Colonels who are graduates of the Hellenic Military Academies (ASEI), as well as those of equivalent ranks in other branches who have not attended the War School, is explicitly denied.
According to information from the Ministry of National Defense, these claims are entirely baseless, and there is no possibility of retirement for officers holding this rank.
