Incident Report in Agios Panteleimonas
A security alert was raised on Sunday evening (June 1, 2025) regarding an attack on a domestic worker in Agios Panteleimonas, who encountered two unknown individuals. The incident occurred shortly after 9 PM when the two intruders broke into an apartment on Aristotelous Street and restrained a 47-year-old Georgian housekeeper, tying her up.
According to her report to the police, the assailants physically assaulted her. Before leaving the apartment, it is alleged they untied the housekeeper.
Immediately after the incident, she reported what happened to the local police station and later went to the Red Cross Hospital, where doctors found injuries to her ribs, face, and hands.
Upon arrival, the investigating officers indicated that the perpetrators did not steal any money or items from the residence. Investigators are considering the possibility that personal disputes may be behind this mysterious attack.
